SoldierPoint Digital Health to Join GovCIO, Expanding Support for Veteran-Focused Health IT

Herndon, VA, July 23 - SoldierPoint Digital Health, LLC, a mission-driven provider of digital health solutions for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, today announced it has executed an agreement to be acquired by GovCIO, a leading federal IT and digital solutions provider. This strategic move positions SoldierPoint to scale more rapidly and deepen its impact within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), while maintaining seamless support for existing programs and partnerships.

“We’re proud of the solid foundation we built under Iron Bow and the numerous accomplishments to date,” stated Alex Mujica, Vice President of SoldierPoint. “Now, as we prepare to join GovCIO, we’re excited for what’s next—for our customers, our people, and most importantly, the Veterans we serve."

What Customers Can Expect:

  • Continued service from the same trusted SoldierPoint team
  • No changes to contracts, or program operations and leadership
  • Expanded capabilities and continued success

“GovCIO is the right next chapter for SoldierPoint,” added Mujica. “They share our mission focus and bring the resources and scale to help us grow. Our team will continue the work we’re proud of—delivering meaningful digital health solutions for Veterans—while gaining new opportunities for innovation and impact.”
